Dr. Tamara Hanby, D.O. has been serving the people of Lake Worth as a primary care physician for over 35 years. She really enjoys medicine and helping her patients live longer and stay in optimum health with all of the exciting, cutting-edge medical research that is currently available.
From years of a busy practice, Dr. Hanby feels that this new research can help us do medicine even better. She has a special interest in anti-aging, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and metabolic medicine and is completing a fellowship in these areas. She feels that great health is a balance and that you must address all aspects in your life to achieve the joy and optimum health that everyone is capable of. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Abilene Christian University in 1982 and began medical school that same year, graduating from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. She enjoys her family with her husband, Rick, 2 children, and 2 grandchildren. Her daughter teaches chemistry and physics and her son is in medical school.

Kayse Elaine Freehauf, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in genetics, longevity medicine, BHRT, regenerative therapies, and medical aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University in 2010 and her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2019.
As a registered nurse, Kayse built a strong foundation in critical care, serving in the Surgical ICU at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and the Shock-Trauma ICU at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. These formative years developed her investigative precision, analytical rigor, and deep understanding of complex physiology—skills that now inform her integrative approach to optimizing health and longevity.
A lifelong learner, Kayse continually expands her expertise through advanced certifications, conferences, and hands-on training. She holds specialized certifications in facial aesthetics, advanced injectable therapies, laser technologies, mesotherapy, body contouring, thread procedures, advanced dermatology procedures, sexual wellness, hormone optimization/HRT, peptide therapies, longevity & regenerative medicine, medical weight management, hair restoration, and ultrasound-guided joint injections.
A passionate educator and mentor, Kayse trains other healthcare providers in aesthetics, hormone therapies, & precision/longevity medicine, contributing to professional development programs that bridge science with practical application.
Committed to continued growth, she plans to obtain her Doctorate in Nursing in the future and is actively engaged in developing and conducting independent research and clinical studies within the practice for innovative regenerative and longevity focused therapies.
Outside of work, Kayse enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new ways to optimize health and longevity through personal biohacking.
Sarah Meek is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a deep and varied background in nursing.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University in 1992 and her Master of Science in Nursing/FNP from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018.
With over thirty years of nursing experience, Sarah’s expertise spans several areas, including neonatal/pediatric intensive care, surgery, telephone triage, and family practice.
Her primary professional goal is to equip people with the tools and knowledge they need to identify their health needs and achieve a long, healthy life. Her clinical interests are integrative medicine, women’s health, hormone therapy, weight loss, and longevity medicine.
In her personal life, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, walking, practicing yoga, and traveling to her home state of Montana.
As a certified medical esthetician, Leah specializes in personalized
skincare regimens, facial treatments, and non-invasive procedures tailored to each individual’s unique needs. With an emphasis on
results-driven care, she is committed to helping clients achieve smoother, healthier, and more radiant skin.
As a certified laser technician, Leah brings expertise in laser
treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced modalities to deliver safe and effective solutions. Her in-depth understanding of laser technology ensures precision and safety, maximizing results with minimal discomfort.
In addition to her esthetic skills, Leah is also a skilled medical assistant, providing vital support in medical settings while maintaining a compassionate, client-centered approach. Whether assisting with procedures or offering post-care advice, Leah ensures

Yvette has been a licensed aesthetician for over 10 years and finds joy in helping people look and feel their best. She specializes in customized facials and loves creating a calming, uplifting space where clients can relax and feel cared for.
Outside of the treatment room, Yvette is a proud mom of four, an animal lover, and an avid reader. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and has a soft spot for anything sweet. One of her favorite things to do at the spa is unwind in the Red Light Bed. It’s her go-to for recharging both body and mind. Rooted in her faith, Yvette approaches her work with compassion and purpose.
Veronica brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she has built her career on a deep passion for patient care and dedication to excellence. Before joining H2 MedSpa, Veronica worked alongside a surgeon, where she assisted with in-office procedures and supported the daily operations of a busy clinic.
Today, she continues to thrive as a trusted assistant to Kayse Elaine at H2, contributing her expertise in both clinical and aesthetic care.
Outside of work, Veronica is a proud mother to two wonderful children, Allyssa and Austin, and two beautiful twin grand baby boys, Alan and Angelo. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through exercise and cherishes time spent with her family.
Shantel has been part of the H2 Wellness & Medspa team for the past two years. Her passion for helping others truly grew after joining H2, where she discovered her love for wellness and aesthetics.
This year, she completed her Medical Assistant program in Fort Worth, Texas, and is now a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant working alongside Sarah Meek. Known for her warm, welcoming approach, Shantel makes sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for from check-in to follow-up. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending quality time with her family.
Jennifer began her career in the medical field at 19, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for helping others. Five years ago, she transitioned into construction, gaining valuable experience in project management and teamwork. However, her true calling has always been in aesthetics and wellness, where she can combine her medical background with her interest in helping people look and feel their best. Jennifer is excited to be part of a dedicated team that shares her passion for wellness and confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, and their three lovable English Bulldogs.
