We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we strive to be flexible while also respecting the time and resources of our staff, so we allow our patients to have up to TWO same day cancellations/rescheduling (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows with no fees or payments. If this occurs more than two times, we charge the full amount of the scheduled service and require pre-payment prior to booking future appointments.
